SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

  1. We currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India.

  2. A flat shipping fee of ₹99 will be applicable on orders below ₹1,499.

  3. Orders of ₹1,499 and above are eligible for FREE shipping across India, subject to serviceability.

  4. Our standard delivery timeline is approximately 5–7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, public holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  5. In certain cases, an order containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, or to help ensure faster delivery.

  6. For pre-order, made-to-order, or customised products, the estimated dispatch or delivery timeline mentioned on the respective product page will apply.

  7. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are subject to the courier partner’s operations and serviceability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, please contact Naviksh Collections before placing your order so that we can confirm product availability, shipping charges, estimated delivery time, and serviceability for your destination.

International shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable charges may vary by country and, unless otherwise stated, are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. Cash on delivery is not available as of now.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

  1. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided during checkout.

  2. Once your order has been dispatched, the available tracking details will be shared with you by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method.

  3. Registered customers may also be able to check their order information through the My Account section of our website.

  4. If a Track Your Order facility is available on our website, you can use it to check the latest status of your shipment.

  5. Please ensure that the mobile number, email address, and delivery address entered while placing your order are accurate to avoid unnecessary delivery delays.
